To my mom…who taught me to laugh at myself, one of the best lessons I’ve ever learned. Things like dragging me to the photographer to have our picture taken in Groucho Marx glasses. I was horrified at the time, but it’s a family treasure now! She had it rough as a single mom for many years, but she taught me how to take myself a little less seriously and to laugh generously, even when it’s at myself. Thanks, Mom!
